The Blend node allows you to blend two Number, Materials, or Colors together to form a mix at the desired ratio.


Expected Type Details Default
inputA Number, Material, or Color The first input, used more when inputPhase is closer to 0.0.
inputB Number, Material, or Color The first input, used more when inputPhase is closer to 1.0.
inputPhase Number A number between 0.0 and 1.0 representing the amount of inputB to mix into inputA. A value of 0.0 will exclude inputB completely from the output, and a value of 1.0 will exclude inputA completely from the output. Animating this value with a dynamic input, like the output of a Wave node, can created interesting effects. 0.5

output Number, Material, or Color Note: The parameter is read-only. The resulting blend of inputA and inputB at the given inputPhase.
